May 2020 Business Law Newsletter

I hope this email finds you and your family in good health.  Once again, that is not something any of us can take for granted as we cope with the health and economic effects and huge disruptions to our daily lives arising from the COVID-19 / coronavirus pandemic crisis.  We continue to live through a medical pandemic that dwarfs any medical issue of the past 100 years.  Not only does it threaten the health of every American, it threatens the economic foundation of our society, and that of the entire world.  There is no greater priority than preserving our lives and our way of life. So, once again, as Massachusetts passes through its pandemic surge, and we and other states begin to contemplate the gradual “reopening” of our economies, it is my hope you are staying safe and that economically you are surviving to fight another day. I’m writing you today to stay in touch and also update you.  This update includes a link to register for tomorrow night’s ENET-MDG free webinar that I co-organized and will moderate.  The webinar is on a timely COVID-19 topic for early stage companies and you can “attend” with your mobile device or from your home computer.  This update also includes links to an article I wrote, published last week, on an executive topic that can also relate to disruptions caused by COVID-19,  plus two earlier published articles of mine, one for life science executives and the other for entrepreneurs on trademarks, plus a special offer that you may find valuable. I hope these items might be of some benefit.  In any case… stay safe…
