May 2022 Business Law Newsletter

I hope this email finds you and your family in good health.  It’s my hope that you are enjoying and taking advantage of a much more open spring time than we’ve had the last few years with at long last a significant decline in pandemic hospitalizations and deaths. It was great to see the running of the Boston Marathon and a full house for Red Sox  opening day at Fenway Park.  Nice to see concert and theatre venues beginning to again fill as my wife and I saw when we recently attended the “Temptations” at Boston’s Paramount Theatre.  Meanwhile though the Red Sox are still sorting things out, the Bruins will be in the playoffs and perhaps best of all, the hottest team in basketball, our Boston Celtics, led by amazing rookie coach Ime Udoka and a stellar starting five, offer fresh hope that we might see the men in green at last raise NBA championship banner #18 in TD Garden. So, I do hope you too feel uplifted this spring as I reach out to offer my monthly update.
