March 2022 Business Law Newsletter

I hope this email finds you and your family in good health.  Hopefully you and your family have been hanging in there through our New England winter and using the season for skiing, snowboarding or other winter past-times. For me, it’s been hard readjusting to the cold after vacation time in Florida.  However, I will get a bit more time south in March, and, if you like me are averse to the cold, I hope you too will get some time off in Florida, the Caribbean or another warmer climate.  Sadly, we don’t have spring training yet, but hopefully the owners and players will resolve matters soon, so we can enjoy watching the return of baseball to Fenway Park in April.  In the meantime the Celtics, led by their rookie coach, have been finding there grove and giving us hopes for a long NBA playoff run, though prospects don’t seem as bright for the Bruins. As always, I hope you and your family are staying safe as mercifully the pandemic and its restrictions are at least easing up on us. I write to you today to stay in touch and also update you.  This update includes a link to register for tonight’s Boston Entrepreneurs Network (ENET) webinar which I assisted and also gives you links to my slides and other speaker slides from an ENET webinar on a similar topic held a year ago.  This update also includes links to an article I wrote published 9 days ago by CEOWorld plus two earlier published articles of mine, one published by CEOWorld and the other by the IvyExec Career Advice website, all on topics of advice to C-level and senior executives and finally a special offer that you may find valuable. I hope these items might be of some benefit. 😊
