June 2022 Business Law Newsletter

I hope this email finds you and your family in good health.  It’s my hope that you are enjoying and taking advantage of the warm and sunny June days when we get them for outdoors activities and recreations, whether walking, biking, boating, the beach, tennis, golf or whatever your favorites.  And for those who enjoy spectator sports, the Red Sox have seen some improvement and Fenway Park remains my favorite sports venue, and …how about our Celtics!  Coming back from San Fran 1-1, our fingers are crossed that Coach Udoka’s men in green can recapture their game one 4th quarter magic, to find a way to three more wins, so we can all see NBA Championship banner #18 hoisted into the TD Garden rafters.  In any case, the Celtics have had a great run so I do hope you too feel uplifted this June as I reach out to offer my monthly update. This update includes a link to register for tomorrow night’s Boston Entrepreneurs Network (ENET) webinar where I will serve as moderator and a link to an article I wrote on executive employment termination published by Ivy Exec ten days ago. This update also includes links to two other articles of mine on executive topics, published several years ago by CEOWorld online magazine, and finally a special offer that you may find valuable. I hope these items might be of some benefit. 😊
