January 2022 Business Law Newsletter

I hope this email finds you and your family in good health.  Hopefully you and your family have been enjoying a wonderful holiday season, getting together with family and loved ones as best you could in these difficult Covid times, and still staying safe as we now try to get past the new Omicron variant. I hope you like me enjoyed the surprising 7-game win streak of Mac Jones and the Patriots, hopefully they can make one last run to get to the playoffs and perhaps one or more rounds into the tournament. The ski season has not been as good as skiers would like but hopefully as winter sets in conditions will improve, and for those who try to escape winter (me included), I hope you find lots of sun and fine weather in warmer destinations.  I write to you today to stay in touch and also update you.  This update includes a link to register for the Boston Entrepreneurs Network (ENET) webinar tonight, with information and slides from an earlier ENET meeting (pre-pandemic) where I moderated on a similar topic, plus a link to an article of mine published last month to aid executives whose companies are now “in play.”  This update also includes links to two other published articles of mine, both on executive topics, one to aid women CEOs and the other on terms to seek in executive retention negotiations, and finally a special offer that you may find valuable. I hope these items might be of some benefit.  In any case, hope you and your family had a wonderful New Years and enjoy the beginning of this new year with best wishes to all 😊
